How much do they cost?

£89 each. That’s £11 per week and £1.57 per day!

What are the benefits of the programmes?

The benefits of exercise are so good. Please see below;

What happens after I purchase a programme?

After purchasing a programme you will then fill out an online questionnaire. Here, you will put all of your personal information that I require to create your training programme.

Is it for me?

Both plans involve cardio, resistance/weight training, stretching and nutritional advice. Both programmes require hard work and dedication. If you don’t like any of the above, then probably not!

I have a medical condition/injury. Can I still buy a package?

Of course, but please consult your doctor or healthcare professional before considering one of these (amazing) packages to make sure it is safe, and you are able to do so.

Do I have to have a gym membership?

Nope. I’ll design tailor made workouts based on your individual circumstances so you can train at home, in the gym or on the moon.

Do I get any support?

You get unlimited email support, unlimited messaging in the Coach Jones app along with Facebook group/community support.

Will my programme change over the 8 weeks?

I will show you ways to change the training yourself but after 4 weeks you will receive a new programme or an updated version.

Will you tell me what to eat?

No. I don’t believe in telling people what they can and can’t eat. I’ll give you calorie targets, meal ideas and nutritional advice but ultimately what you eat is your choice.

Do you do programmes for pre/post-natal?

No. I’m not qualified to do so.

Can I reduce stomach fat by doing sit ups?

No!

I am a complete beginner to exercise, can you still help?

Indeed, I can. Everybody is a beginner to start off with, so these programmes are a great starting block. The more beginners that start any sort of health and fitness regime the better! I will make you feel more confident about exercise and help you with nutrition no matter what your goal may be.

How personalised are the plans?

I will create a 100% tailor made plan for you based on the details you provided me with in the questionnaire.

How long after I pay will I get my programme?

You’ll receive your programme no later than 48 hours after I receive your completed questionnaire.

What about if I change my mind?

You have 14 days from date of purchase to change your mind and get a full refund. Hopefully you won’t want to but if you have any issues or questions please feel free to contact me any time you like.
